The owner was very kind and accommodating. Offered complimentary water and soda. Had hot coffee and light breakfast in the morning. The jacuzzi suite was amazing, with a moon roof to add to the relaxation. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice. There were no bugs. The outside of the room and parking lot was well lit at night. Plenty of stores and food in walking distance. Safe and quiet.

Very friendly hotel staff, starting with the manager Mr. Chita, very clean facilities with no cigarette smell, very fast wifi, in the office you can find coffee, juice and muffins for breakfast, located on a main road close to food pubs and Walmart, dollar tree, if you go by bus the bus route that goes from Akron is 31-32 and passes very close to the hotel.The room has refrigerator and microwave.

For the price, I expected much less. It was clean, no wierd smells, easy to get in and out, very good shower. The wifi did not work. It was not important enough for me to go to the desk though.

Perfect for what I needed , I have stayed in many Hotels over my career High end and low end . If your looking for the Hilton this is not , but if your your looking for quite and comfortable in a great location near stores restaurants and the exspessway than this is perfect a little dated but nice. PS the pillows are a little skimpy....lol

I loved the bathtub, and that there were a lot of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Was able to walk to get dinner, which was nice since I had been driving all day.

Very nice room, everything was well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly, the motel is within walking distance of some restaurants.

We saw no breakfast and were not even informed if it was even offered. We ate at Dunkin' next door, which was quite convenient. Also, being next door to Red Lobster also made it easier to go to dinner and just walk back. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. It looks as though good care is taken to provide a nice room. The bathroom looked to have been renovated recently. My husband was impressed at the number of channels on the television - many choices!

The facility was conveniently located near our event and suited or needs for the night. The clerk was helpful getting us moved into a double room since I messed up and booked a single. They provided some light refreshments and food in the morning after checkout.

Overall the staff was very friendly and my room was very clean. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Room was cleaner than other brand name hotels that I have stayed in. I will stay there every time I come in to town.
